The New War is a compilation of photographs, news articles, interviews, and personal accounts related to the drug war and the consequent extrajudicial killings that happened in the Philippines under the former president Duterte’s administration. The book is designed to highlight quotes and personal accounts as a way to emphasize the violation of human rights throughout the campaign.
